As we transition into the autumn & winter season it is a good time to take a pause to nourish and replenish our bodies physically and energetically.
Together with Dominique we invite you to a deeply nourishing & replenishing 5-day gentle Detox & Yoga online program.
This program will allow us to harness our energy, connect to and nourish our bodies, relax, reset our food intake and improve digestion.
We will eat healthy, clean, plant-based nourishing foods without going hungry, drinking warm herbal tonics while rebooting our digestion and promoting the natural detoxification processes of the body. We will eat warm-natured foods to preserve the body’s optimal metabolic state.
For 5 days we will do gentle yoga and breath practices bringing aliveness and relaxation into the body.
We will also use essential oils (for breathing and skin) bringing a beautiful warmth for peace and relaxation.
🔸 This program is easy to follow with easy recipes; it is designed so that you can carry on with your daily schedule & work & life without disruptions
🔸 One week before the program starts you will receive a document with recipes so that you have enough time to prepare
🔸 Every morning there will be a 20 minutes yoga & breathing session which will set you for a beautiful day
🔸 Every evening there will be a 30 minutes evening gentle relaxing yoga (for all levels) for your body and mind to feel relaxed and nourished
🔸 After yoga practice we will have 30 minutes sharing circle and providing guidance and support

7:15 am - Gentle yoga & breathing (20 minutes)
20:00 - Gentle yoga & breathing (30 minutes)
20:30 - 21:00 - Sharing circle & guidance & support

Your hosts
Dominique
Dominique has a 500hr-Kundalini Yoga training as well as a Foundations training in Energy Medicine Yoga. She will be sharing breath work, kundalini yoga, energy medicine yoga, relaxation and some other tools to assist the detox process.
Magdalena
Magdalena is a Certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York) and Certified Raw Vegan Chef (Seeds of Life, Bali). Currently she is enrolled at the TCMA in Geneva (Studies of Alternative Medicine) studying Nutrition.
Magdalena focuses on balanced nutrition, cleansing processes, and the healing power of nature and livings foods.
