I believe that a thriving life starts with a thriving body. The healthier, more expansive and radiant you feel on the inside the more your life becomes expansive and vibrant on the outside.

My lifelong passion is food as a source of nourishment. Helping men and women to discover what a true nourishment is and tap into the power and wisdom of their bodies is one of my deepest joy.

Through years of experimenting with diets and foods I came to understand that we are the food we eat.

The food we eat becomes our blood, becomes our cells and tissues and becomes our thoughts and feelings.

I promote a healthy lifestyle which is powered by most nutritious, plant-rich and whole foods.

I don’t promote any particular diet or veganism. Each person needs to explore and discover his/her own nutritional needs for optimal health and I am here to support and empower you in this process.

Hi, I am Magdalena, I am a Swiss Certified Nutritionist, Holistic Health Coach, and women’s wellness mentor.

I have studied nutrition and holistic health through the School of Studies of Alternative Medicine in Geneva and the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. Later I have dived deeper into the healing power of living foods and body detoxification being certified as Living Foods Chef in Bali, Indonesia.

I have travelled to many different parts of the world to experience and receive many teachings about health and healing. Through those travels and teachings, I have learned healing through natural & whole foods, mindfulness and meditations. These practices helped deepen my understanding of what a healthy, thriving body feels like and the importance of the connection between our body and mind.

My exploration of holistic health started in 2007 in Spain and then took me to Costa Rica, Thailand, Indonesia, France, Portugal and Greece where I met and worked with many teachers and mentors.

I believe that these three principles are fundamental for health:

Bio-individuality

Each human being is different and has different nutritional needs for the optimal health. Nutritional decisions need to be informed and respect the bio-individuality.

Relationship with the body

Health starts with the body – a caring relationship with the body (how we listen to it, how we respect, honor and nourish it) is fundamental.

Connection to nature

Spending time in nature is one of the most powerful ways to heal the physical, mental and emotional body.
